You'll lead the development and operations of a robust AWS and Kubernetes-based platform that serves as the backbone for all backend applications. You'll drive scalability, resilience, and cost efficiency while optimizing developer productivity and managing CI/CD pipelines.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and manage Kubernetes platform on AWS for backend applications.
• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to onboard applications.
• Participate in on-call rotation and incident management.

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in software engineering or DevOps.
• Proficiency in Python, Go, or another backend language.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.
• Experience with Terraform and other IaC tools.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with DataDog, Prometheus, or Grafana.
• Knowledge of fintech security and compliance.
• Prior incident management experience.
