You will be at the heart of HR Shared Services, ensuring HR systems, data, and processes run smoothly for hundreds of employees. You will execute employee data in Workday, manage operational requests, and contribute to process improvements.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in HR operations or HR Shared Services
• Hands-on experience with an HRIS, ideally Workday
• Strong attention to detail and data management rigor
• Ability to adapt quickly and manage changing priorities
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Execute and maintain employee data and HR transactions in Workday with high accuracy
• Support HR Shared Services by managing operational requests from employees, managers, and HR partners
• Perform system updates and administrative changes within Workday
• Ensure integrity and consistency of HR data across processes and systems
• Contribute to centralization and continuous improvement of HR operations
