Description
You will expand ClassPass's merchant base by acquiring and onboarding local fitness and wellness businesses in Sacramento, CA. This field-based role involves daily prospecting, pitching, and closing new accounts, building community relationships, and owning the full sales cycle.
Requirements
- Driven and self-motivated with a hunter mentality
- Comfortable with 70-80% field travel
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Experience in B2B field sales, preferably in local or small business sales
- Knowledge of fitness or wellness industry is a plus
Responsibilities
- Build and grow merchant network through prospecting, pitching, and closing new businesses
- Lead field-first approach with daily merchant visits and attendance at local events
- Own full sales cycle from outreach and drop-ins to negotiation and close
- Use in-person, phone, email, and virtual touchpoints to drive results
- Achieve or exceed sales targets consistently
