Description

You will expand ClassPass's merchant base by acquiring and onboarding local fitness and wellness businesses in Sacramento, CA. This field-based role involves daily prospecting, pitching, and closing new accounts, building community relationships, and owning the full sales cycle.

Requirements

  • Driven and self-motivated with a hunter mentality
  • Comfortable with 70-80% field travel
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Experience in B2B field sales, preferably in local or small business sales
  • Knowledge of fitness or wellness industry is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Build and grow merchant network through prospecting, pitching, and closing new businesses
  • Lead field-first approach with daily merchant visits and attendance at local events
  • Own full sales cycle from outreach and drop-ins to negotiation and close
  • Use in-person, phone, email, and virtual touchpoints to drive results
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets consistently
