💼 About This Role

You'll own the end-to-end client data exchange lifecycle for a healthcare PBM platform, ensuring seamless integration between client systems and internal platforms. You'll drive data quality standards and provide strategic risk-based consultation to clients. This role combines deep technical expertise with client-facing leadership to deliver high-quality healthcare data solutions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end client data exchange lifecycle for eligibility, claims, and accumulators.
• Lead client technical workshops to elicit requirements and align acceptance criteria.
• Design and maintain source-to-target mappings with transformation rules and error handling.
• Build and monitor data quality controls and SLA dashboards.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in healthcare data integration or PBM/health plan data exchange.
• Proven expertise in SQL and relational databases.
• Experience with dashboarding tools or Python for data analysis.
• Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Master's degree in a quantitative or analytical discipline.
• Experience with on-call rotations for time-critical deliverables.
