You will run sprints, triage bug queues, and manage scope to ensure the Athena platform scales. This role offers the chance to shape engineering delivery processes from scratch as one of the first ten employees.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead agile ceremonies and sprint planning for engineering teams.
• Triage technical issue queues and route bugs with full context.
• Proactively manage project scope to prevent feature creep.

📋 Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience delivering software projects.
• Highly technical literacy with ability to read codebases.
• Proven mastery of project management tools like Jira or Linear.
