🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead small Pariveda teams and mentor junior developers
• Diagnose and solve complex problems for Fortune-500 clients
• Execute projects end-to-end across the full SDLC

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on software development experience
• Experience with technical leadership (coaching, estimating, timelines)
• Client-facing or consulting experience highly preferred
• Fluency in English

• Bachelor’s Degree in MIS, Computer Science, Math, Engineering, or comparable
