You'll own the administration of compensation and benefits programs for a fast-growing health benefits company. You'll ensure accurate data exchange and a seamless employee experience across benefits, leave, and compensation. This role offers the chance to work remotely on mission-driven employer-sponsored health insurance.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Investigate and resolve file feed data errors between systems and vendors.
  • Manage benefits-related email communications for employees.
  • Own new hire benefits onboarding experience.
  • Manage market pricing and benchmarking requests for new roles.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
  • 5+ years of Total Rewards, Benefits & Compensation Administration
  • Hands-on experience with ADP and/or Rippling for benefits enrollment
  • Working knowledge of 401(k) and Health & Welfare plan compliance

โœจ Nice to Have

  • CCP, CBP, or CEBS certification
  • Experience in high-growth or start-up environment
  • Familiarity with wellness program design
