You'll own the administration of compensation and benefits programs for a fast-growing health benefits company. You'll ensure accurate data exchange and a seamless employee experience across benefits, leave, and compensation. This role offers the chance to work remotely on mission-driven employer-sponsored health insurance.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Investigate and resolve file feed data errors between systems and vendors.
- Manage benefits-related email communications for employees.
- Own new hire benefits onboarding experience.
- Manage market pricing and benchmarking requests for new roles.
๐ Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
- 5+ years of Total Rewards, Benefits & Compensation Administration
- Hands-on experience with ADP and/or Rippling for benefits enrollment
- Working knowledge of 401(k) and Health & Welfare plan compliance
โจ Nice to Have
- CCP, CBP, or CEBS certification
- Experience in high-growth or start-up environment
- Familiarity with wellness program design
