Requirements

• 5–10+ years in **construction management** or field supervision
• Strong experience in **mechanical and electrical equipment installation**
• Ability to read and interpret **engineering drawings, P&IDs, and schematics**
• Strong working knowledge of **OSHA standards** and construction safety practices

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple industrial construction and equipment installation projects from concept through completion
• Own project outcomes across scope, schedule, budget, and quality
• Provide hands-on leadership across mechanical and electrical installations
• Coordinate daily activities of internal crews, subcontractors, and fabrication teams
