Description

You will lead and grow a team of static and motion designers for performance and brand campaigns. You'll review work, set creative standards, mentor your team, and contribute hands-on to high-priority projects while ensuring quality and process efficiency.

Requirements

• 5-7 years agency or in-house design experience, 2+ in lead role
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
• Hands-on experience with AI generation tools (Midjourney, Runway, etc.)
• Experience with performance/paid social and brand-level creative
• Bilingual English/Spanish required

Responsibilities

• Review and QA static and motion design deliverables
• Set creative standards and define quality benchmarks
• Mentor and manage a team of 5-8 designers
• Conduct 1:1s, performance check-ins, and quarterly reviews
• Integrate AI image and video generation tools into workflows
