As Assistant Store Manager at Molton Brown, you'll support leading our Forestside Shopping Centre store in Belfast, driving sales and KPIs through inspirational team management and exceptional customer service. You'll help develop a high-performing team and uphold our luxury brand standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years retail management experience
• Fragrance and beauty retail experience desirable
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Commercial acumen and customer-centric approach
• Flexibility in working arrangements
