💼 About This Role

You'll own the creation of high-quality visual collateral across marketing and sales for a rapidly scaling fintech startup in healthcare. You'll shape how Nitra shows up in the world, bringing our brand to life through compelling, polished design. This role offers the chance to build foundational design systems in a fast-paced environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design marketing and sales collateral (pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies).
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams on visual assets.
• Maintain and evolve Nitra’s brand identity across all materials.
• Create templates and scalable design systems for growth.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating visual design, layout, and typography.
• Proficiency in Figma (required).
• Experience designing B2B SaaS marketing materials.

✨ Nice to Have

• Adobe Creative Suite experience.
• Fintech or startup background.
• Experience with sales enablement materials.
