Description

You will drive the onboarding, adoption, and growth of the LightForce orthodontic system in practices, using your clinical expertise to train and support doctors and staff, identify growth opportunities, and accelerate revenue and case volume.

Requirements

• Clinical certification in dentistry (RDH, EF, CDA, RDA, LDA etc.) or dental office management experience
• 5+ years of relevant work experience in orthodontic/dental industry
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel
• Self-motivated, resourceful, problem solver
• Team player and punctual

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical support to doctors for LightForce onboarding and integration
• Deliver clinical training presentations virtually and in-person
• Lead new customer onboarding training strategy and develop resources
• Collaborate with sales team to prioritize opportunities and optimize customer experience
• Use data/analytics to help customers drive decision-making
