Description

You will sit at the intersection of Total Rewards and People Analytics, shaping how we attract, retain, and reward world-class talent. You'll support compensation programs, equity administration, benefits analysis, and deliver data-driven insights to inform our people strategy.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years experience in Total Rewards, Compensation, or People Analytics
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with large datasets
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency (complex formulas, pivot tables)
  • Experience with compensation benchmarking tools (Radford, Mercer, Carta)
  • Working knowledge of equity compensation (stock options, RSUs, 409A)

Responsibilities

  • Support design and administration of total reward programs including base pay, variable pay, equity, and benefits
  • Conduct market pricing and benchmarking using survey data (Radford, Pave, Carta)
  • Assist in maintaining salary structures, job architecture, and pay bands
  • Partner with Recruiting and HRBPs on offer development and compensation recommendations
  • Develop equity budget tracking and forecast vs. actual share utilization
