Description

You will provide home-based occupational therapy to clients in Calvert County, performing evaluations, developing care plans, and educating patients and families to promote independence and safety at home.

Requirements

• Current Maryland Occupational Therapist license
• Minimum 1 year recent work experience as an OT
• Graduation from an accredited OT program
• Ability to work independently and manage time
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Make home visits to clients in designated territories
• Perform evaluations of functional status and ADL/IADL performance
• Develop individualized intervention plans
• Identify equipment needs and environmental adaptations
• Document patient care management and services provided
