💼 About This Role

You'll join Figma's Product Support team as a founding member in Bengaluru, identifying and resolving complex product issues. Your core impact will be driving quality improvements across the support and product lifecycle. You'll partner with Engineering and Product to improve reliability and customer experience at scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Diagnose complex technical issues and develop product expertise
• Interact with customers via chat, email, or video calls
• Own end-to-end resolution of high-impact bugs with Engineering
• Contribute to social support on community platforms

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years in Technical Support or Support Engineering in SaaS
• Troubleshooting across Mac, Windows, iOS, and Android
• Debugging REST APIs and OAuth authentication flows
• Working knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, React

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with design tools like Figma, Adobe Suite, Sketch, Framer
