๐ผ About This Role
You'll drive new business in the Benelux territory for Benchling's AI platform for biotech R&D. You'll own pipeline generation, sales forecasting, and solution selling to expand our customer base. This role is based in London and is fully remote.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Generate 80% of pipeline by identifying new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts within +/-10% of goal.
- Tailor presentations and proposals to prospect needs during solution selling.
- Lead negotiations with key stakeholders including CxO executives.
- Collaborate with internal teams and channel partners for seamless client experience.
๐ Requirements
- Proven experience as an Account Executive in data management or workflow SaaS.
- Demonstrated ability to drive pipeline generation and manage complex sales cycles.
- Strong sales forecasting skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Experience selling solutions outside pre-established budgets with compelling business case building.

- Familiarity with MEDDICC sales methodology.
- Knowledge of life sciences industry including R&D or IT functions.
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences.
