๐Ÿ’ผ About This Role

You'll drive new business in the Benelux territory for Benchling's AI platform for biotech R&D. You'll own pipeline generation, sales forecasting, and solution selling to expand our customer base. This role is based in London and is fully remote.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Generate 80% of pipeline by identifying new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts within +/-10% of goal.
  • Tailor presentations and proposals to prospect needs during solution selling.
  • Lead negotiations with key stakeholders including CxO executives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and channel partners for seamless client experience.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Account Executive in data management or workflow SaaS.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive pipeline generation and manage complex sales cycles.
  • Strong sales forecasting skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Experience selling solutions outside pre-established budgets with compelling business case building.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with MEDDICC sales methodology.
  • Knowledge of life sciences industry including R&D or IT functions.
  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences.
