You'll lead the Revenue Tech Stack strategy for a high-growth global HR platform, owning architectural and operational excellence across GTM teams. You'll partner with sales leaders to design scalable AI-first solutions and drive flawless change management.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own overall technical architecture for revenue acceleration aligned with GTM strategy
- Continuously innovate to improve tech stack usage and act on feedback
- Execute change management for new implementations while driving experimentation
- Maintain CRM platform (Salesforce) integrity and develop associated tools
๐ Requirements
- Experience leading technical teams in Revenue Operations as Sr. Manager/Director/VP in high-growth SaaS
- Deep understanding of deploying key sales tools including Salesforce, CPQ, Leandata, Outreach, Clari, LeadIQ, Zoominfo, Lusha, 6Sense
- Strong project management skills with ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced global environment with multiple priorities
