💼 About This Role

You'll own the internal financial planning engine at a deep tech startup building AI inference hardware. You'll build budgets, sharpen forecasts, and create models that drive leadership decisions, operating with urgency in a high-growth environment. This is a 100% internal FP&A role with zero external deal work, offering the chance to build financial infrastructure from scratch.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Run end-to-end budgeting and quarterly reforecasts
• Build and maintain Excel-based financial models
• Analyze financial data systems and ensure data integrity
• Communicate financial insights to senior leadership
• Standardize workflows and build FP&A processes from scratch

📋 Requirements

• 1–4 years of professional experience in a high-performance environment
• Strong financial modeling skills, particularly in Excel
• Exceptional organizational skills with a focus on structure and rigor
• Clear, concise communication skills comfortable presenting to senior leadership

✨ Nice to Have

• Technical skills such as SQL, Python, or other data analysis tools
• Experience with financial systems implementation or migration
• Startup founder experience or entrepreneurial background
