You'll own the development and annual refresh of our company-wide Risk Register, ensuring we stay ahead of the curve. You'll act as a key contributor to high-stakes project teams including licensing applications, and design scalable governance frameworks. You'll partner with Product and Engineering to implement AI-driven automation solutions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and annually refresh the company-wide risk register.
• Support regulatory licensing and compliance projects.
• Design and implement policy and procedure management framework.
• Identify workflow friction points and partner on AI automation solutions.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in a senior compliance or regulatory role.
• Experience in fintech or financial services.
• Growth mindset viewing compliance as a business enabler.
• Understanding of LLMs and automation applied to financial crime.
