This role combines hands-on engineering with customer-facing problem solving.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct deep technical discovery with strategic enterprise customers
• Design solution architecture for CI/CD, security, and AI workflows
• Build proof-of-concepts and reusable technical accelerators
• Support strategic customer engagements and architecture sessions

📋 Requirements

• Experience in software engineering or solutions architecture in customer-facing roles
• Strong software engineering fundamentals including production systems
• Hands-on experience with GitLab CI/CD, YAML pipelines, and GitLab APIs
• Familiarity with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform or Helm

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Ruby on Rails or Go
• Exposure to AI/LLM systems and agentic workflows
• Ability to create reusable technical documentation
