You'll shape discovery experiences across Home, Browse, and Search, and lead cross-surface strategy. This role sits at the heart of Spotify's consumer experience, influencing multiple squads and product areas.

- Define long-term product vision for discovery surfaces
- Lead cross-surface strategy connecting recommendations and user intent
- Partner with engineering, design, and data science on scalable platforms
- Use experimentation and data insights to improve outcomes
๐ Requirements
- 10+ years of product management experience on consumer products
- Experience owning large product areas spanning multiple teams
- Deep understanding of discovery, search, or personalization systems
- Ability to turn complex systems into simple user experiences
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with agentic interfaces or conversational AI
- Background in music or audio streaming products
- Prior experience as a principal product manager
