You'll lead the onboarding and integration of our API-first platform for mid-market and enterprise clients, driving successful platform adoption and customer satisfaction. By leveraging your technical expertise and project management skills, you'll ensure clients experience the full value of Deliverect from day one. This role directly impacts client retention and business growth in the B2B SaaS space.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead multiple implementation projects, managing timelines and client expectations.
• Configure the Deliverect platform and integrate POS systems and third-party applications.
• Conduct training sessions for clients and partners.
• Identify and resolve technical issues during implementation.

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years experience in technical implementation or customer support within SaaS
• Proven track record managing complex software implementations for mid-market/enterprise clients
• Proficiency in APIs and integrations; experience with Postman for API testing
• Skilled in project management tools like JIRA and Asana

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with POS systems and online ordering platforms
• Experience with CRM platforms like HubSpot and ticketing systems like Zendesk
• French language skills are a strong asset
