💼 About This Role

You'll perform predictive and preventative maintenance on lab equipment like blenders and hoods in a sterile compounding pharmacy. You'll troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and HVAC issues to maintain safety and compliance with quality standards. This role is on-site in Gilbert, Arizona supporting a leading health and wellness platform.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform predictive/preventive maintenance on lab equipment
• Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and HVAC issues
• Document maintenance data and support calibration procedures
• Respond to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent GED
• 3+ years industry experience in maintenance or engineering
• Knowledge of PLC systems
• Experience with CMMS systems

• Relevant formal training or certification
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred
