• Own technical direction of search and AI platform.
• Design and evolve shared platform primitives.

• Partner on prioritization of engineering and product goals.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of backend engineering experience operating at scale.
• Expertise building scalable AI platforms.
• Experience designing and maintaining ElasticSearch-powered search platforms.
• Expertise building observable, testable systems at scale.

• Experience with asynchronous / event-based architectures.
• Strong API design skills.
