💼 About This Role

You'll join the blockchain security team to ensure stability of production applications and blockchain infrastructure at a leading crypto platform. You'll lead incident management and root cause analysis to prevent issues from recurring. You'll also apply AI/LLM automation and blockchain technical depth to build tools and support next-gen digital asset interfaces.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Ensure production application and blockchain infrastructure stability
• Manage incident triage, root cause analysis, and post-resolution follow-ups
• Oversee pre-production environments and disaster recovery testing
• Build AI tools to automate support tasks and monitoring

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years experience in application support
• Hands-on experience with AI/LLMs to automate workflows or monitoring
• Blockchain/Web3 depth with Solana or EVM DApp development
• Practical experience with staking across blockchains

✨ Nice to Have

• Programming in Rust, Python, Node.js, or Golang
• Understanding confidential computing or advanced cryptography
• Degree in Computer Science or related field
