Description

You will ensure high-quality ELA curriculum and implementation across Brooke's four K-12 campuses, aligning instruction and assessment. You'll co-observe teachers with principals, lead curriculum revisions, design professional development, and coordinate assessment systems to drive student achievement.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of teaching experience, 2+ years leadership preferred
• Deep understanding of literacy development across K–12
• Strong professional development facilitation skills
• Proven ability to co-observe and align on evidence-based feedback
• Excellent organizational and project management skills

Responsibilities

• Strengthen instructional alignment through co-observations and calibration with Assistant Principals
• Lead quarterly data-driven reviews with principals to identify campus strengths and growth areas
• Coordinate K–12 curriculum revisions and collaborate with teachers and high school leaders
• Oversee network ELA assessment systems including DIBELS, MCAS, and AP exams
• Design and deliver professional development for teachers and school leaders
