💼 About This Role

You'll support the store leadership team in providing an amazing shopping experience at BoxLunch, a pop culture retailer that donates meals to Feeding America. You'll use your fandom knowledge to train new recruits and assist with daily operations to meet sales targets. This onsite role offers the chance to make a tangible impact while working with fellow pop culture fans.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customer returns.
• Open and close the store as needed.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales with fandom knowledge.
• Communicate fashion trend information to management and HQ partners.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to navigate store, merchandise product, and pack/unpack boxes up to 50 pounds.
