You'll develop scalable systems for creating and organizing communities, partnering with Product, Design, and Trust & Safety. This role offers ownership of end-to-end projects and mentorship opportunities in a collaborative environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver end-to-end projects from planning to rollout
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Data Science teams
• Build and maintain scalable, high-quality systems
• Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and pairing

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• Proven ability delivering complex projects end-to-end
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and distributed systems
• Strong problem-solving and data-informed decision-making
