You'll provide integrated behavioral health care as part of a digital-first primary care team. You'll leverage data and technology to deliver therapy to a diverse patient population. This role offers flexible part-time scheduling with competitive compensation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide integrated behavioral health care among primary and specialty care providers
• Maintain a caseload of patients conducting 30-45 minute therapy sessions
• Work with a diverse patient population in an inclusive environment
• Solve patient problems efficiently by collaborating with team members

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience providing teletherapy
• Active license as LPC, LMFT, LCSW or LCPC in MD
• Trained in evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, ACT or MBCT

• Additional licenses in TX, OR, TN, MA or CA
• Professionally fluent in Spanish
