💼 About This Role

You'll join the Credit Analysis and Policies team at XP Inc., a leading independent financial institution in Brazil. You'll develop and manage credit policies for small business clients, balancing risk and return through data-driven decisions. This role offers the chance to influence credit frameworks and collaborate with risk, product, and business teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead creation, review, and governance of PJ credit policies.
• Monitor policy effectiveness and propose adjustments for sustainable growth.
• Collaborate with Origination, Risk, Products, Legal, and Operations teams.
• Structure and present executive reports on portfolio performance and risk indicators.

📋 Requirements

• Solid knowledge of SQL and relevant Python experience for credit analysis.
• Consistent experience in credit analysis or credit policy management for PJ in financial institutions.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in database treatment and indicator construction.
• Availability for hybrid work in São Paulo.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience defining risk appetite frameworks (RAROC, ROE, NPL, LGD).
• Experience with credit policy automation (decision engines, APIs, bureaus).
• Familiarity with statistical modeling and financial statement analysis for SMEs.
