💼 About This Role

You'll maintain a clean and safe production environment at Sunrise's poultry processing plant in Surrey, BC. Your core impact is ensuring compliance with HACCP, GMP, and safety standards through daily sanitation tasks.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Mop condensation and empty garbage in a timely manner
• Stock paper towels and soap throughout the plant
• Clean debris around equipment and processing areas routinely
• Remove tanks and totes of inedible or garbage appropriately

📋 Requirements

• Completion of WHIMIS training for sanitation workers
• Ability to operate equipment and use lock out procedures safely
• Forklift and/or power jack certification maybe required
• Able to meet physical demands including heavy lifting and prolonged standing

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in food processing sanitation
• Basic knowledge of HACCP principles
