• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements like MSAs and NDAs.
• Manage full contract lifecycle from negotiation to closeout.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in law, business, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience drafting commercial contracts.
