💼 About This Role

You'll own the full analytics stack for prenatal diagnostics at a publicly traded molecular diagnostics company. Your core impact is delivering insights that improve turnaround time, identify business opportunities, and inform executive decisions. You'll use AI daily and build HIPAA-compliant AI workflows to accelerate analytics across the organization.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Ingest data from disparate sources into central data warehouse
• Build clean data models and deliver dashboards and tooling for stakeholders
• Partner with commercial, lab, clinical, and executive teams to answer high-stakes questions
• Use AI tools to accelerate analyses and build AI-powered workflows

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in data science or analytics engineering
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation
• Experience with clinical, healthcare, or other regulated data
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to enhance work

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with dbt, Airflow, Tableau, Stitch, Hightouch, AWS
• Background in bioinformatics, molecular diagnostics, or biosciences
