Description

You will lead and manage a full-rate production operation for Anduril Industries, focusing on chemical, explosives, or energetics manufacturing. You'll develop production processes, ensure safety and quality compliance, mentor your team, and serve as the primary customer contact for production inquiries.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• 7-10+ years manufacturing engineering experience, preferably in chemical/explosives/energetics
• Proven leadership and team management experience
• Proficiency in production documentation, process optimization, and lean manufacturing
• Must be a U.S. Person due to export control requirements

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement production processes to enhance productivity and quality
• Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of engineers and technicians
• Maintain comprehensive production documentation including SOPs and work instructions
• Serve as primary customer contact for production-related inquiries
• Analyze production data to identify trends and implement continuous improvement
