💼 About This Role

You'll provide personal care and support to seniors in their homes as part of a holistic care team. You'll help participants with daily activities and contribute to care planning, ensuring they can age in place with dignity. This role offers a stable full-time schedule unlike traditional home care roles.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide hands-on personal care and assistance with ADLs to participants in their homes
• Assist with instrumental ADLs including laundry, light housekeeping, shopping, and meal prep
• Measure and document participants' vital signs as instructed
• Assist the Rehabilitation team with home exercise programs

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS)/First Aid Certification required
• Must be registered with Home Care Registry prior to start date
• Must obtain CPR and First Aid certification within 180 days of hire

✨ Nice to Have

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification
• Bilingual preferred
• CPR and First Aid certification upon hire preferred
