💼 About This Role

You'll lead compliance and licensing efforts for the Bank's Solar Servicing business, advising on regulatory requirements and managing state examinations. Your work will directly support growth initiatives and ensure risk mitigation across third-party servicers and internal programs. This role offers the chance to shape compliant practices in a mission-driven institution.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify and mitigate compliance risks for Solar Servicing business.
• Serve as primary contact for licensing annual reports and state examinations.
• Manage compliance monitoring and testing program with risk-based methodologies.
• Oversee third-party servicers to ensure regulatory compliance.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years experience in servicing and debt collection compliance.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Knowledge of consumer protection laws (TILA, ECOA, FCRA, FDCPA, etc.).
• Ability to travel 10% of the year.

• Master's degree preferred.
• Professional certifications (CRCM, CRP, CAMS, etc.) preferred.
• State servicing law knowledge is a plus.
