💼 About This Role

You'll build the scalable infrastructure, processes, and automated tools that allow Gong's leadership team to steer the business. You'll be the primary builder of Source of Truth assets and the special ops resource for deep-dive performance analytics. This role offers the chance to shape the revenue intelligence backbone of a fast-growing AI company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and maintain GTM Source of Truth assets and dashboards.
• Build automated tools and workflows for the GTM org.
• Conduct proactive performance deep dives to uncover growth levers.
• Model territory design, quota setting, and capacity plans.

📋 Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Strategy, or Analytics.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Viz Tools (Tableau, Looker, etc.), and Python.
• Ability to see big picture while managing details.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in SaaS.
• Experience with Excel/Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with infrastructure strategy.
