Description
As the Growth Marketing Lead for DACH at Minitab, you'll drive growth through demand generation and customer retention. You'll work closely with global marketing, regional sales, partner, and customer success teams to plan and execute data-driven campaigns across digital, events, and content. Your focus is on generating qualified leads, strengthening customer loyalty, and accelerating the sales pipeline.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (CIM preferred)
- 2–5 years of B2B marketing experience with proven success in product marketing, demand generation, campaign management, and performance measurement
- Practical experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Dynamics 365, Power BI, Google Analytics)
- Native or C2 level German and very good English skills
- Team-oriented, able to work in a cross-functional matrix organization, entrepreneurial and proactive
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing plans for DACH aligned with global and EMEA goals
- Drive demand generation through multi-channel campaigns including digital ads, content, webinars, events, and social media
- Optimize performance and measure ROI using data and automation tools
- Act as regional marketing ambassador: align with global brand strategy while adapting messaging for local markets
- Identify new opportunities, test innovative approaches, and drive impactful initiatives with an entrepreneurial mindset
