💼 About This Role

You'll join a #1 ADU market leader in Sacramento to drive sales for high-ticket residential construction projects. You'll manage inbound leads from warm prospects and close deals averaging $300k. This role offers substantial earnings potential with a steady stream of qualified leads.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Conduct in-person sales presentations to qualified warm leads
  • Negotiate and close deals with new and existing clients
  • Drive to customers' homes to take measurements using tech devices
  • Utilize AI, CRM, and sales automation tools to manage pipeline

📋 Requirements

  • 2+ years of B2C sales experience in ADU or residential construction in the US market
  • In-depth knowledge of ADUs and residential construction
  • Full professional proficiency in English (C1-C2 American English)
  • Valid CA driver's license and car with ability to travel in Greater Sacramento

✨ Nice to Have

  • Fluency in Russian or another Slavic language
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, dashboards, and AI tools
