You'll join a #1 ADU market leader in Sacramento to drive sales for high-ticket residential construction projects. You'll manage inbound leads from warm prospects and close deals averaging $300k. This role offers substantial earnings potential with a steady stream of qualified leads.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Conduct in-person sales presentations to qualified warm leads
- Negotiate and close deals with new and existing clients
- Drive to customers' homes to take measurements using tech devices
- Utilize AI, CRM, and sales automation tools to manage pipeline
📋 Requirements
- 2+ years of B2C sales experience in ADU or residential construction in the US market
- In-depth knowledge of ADUs and residential construction
- Full professional proficiency in English (C1-C2 American English)
- Valid CA driver's license and car with ability to travel in Greater Sacramento
✨ Nice to Have
- Fluency in Russian or another Slavic language
- Proficiency with CRM systems, dashboards, and AI tools
