• Serve as key point-of-contact for patients through treatment and recovery.
• Deliver world-class patient experience via phone, chat, and email.
• Make and receive inbound/outbound calls continuously throughout shift.
• Adhere to defined workflows for consistent high-quality support.

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED, or 2 years relevant work experience.
• 2+ years of customer service in high-volume environment.
• Customer-first mentality with high empathy and creative problem-solving.
• Comfort with computer technology and navigating multiple software platforms.
