Description
In this hands-on role, you'll lead by example during your shift, ensuring smooth operations and creating a welcoming environment for customers and team members. You'll craft coffee and matcha beverages, support training of new employees, and help drive operational profitability at the store level.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in customer service leadership
- 18+ years of age
- Able to lift 25+ lbs and stand for long periods
- Full-time availability: 30-40 hours/week, 4-5 days including weekends
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
Responsibilities
- Craft coffee products and serve customers with energy and empathy
- Support GM and Training Team to train new employees on recipes and processes
- Open and close location safely, ensuring cleaning duties are followed
- Handle minor customer issues positively and solution-focused
- Lead initiatives with operations and marketing to increase foot traffic and sales
