Description

In this hands-on role, you'll lead by example during your shift, ensuring smooth operations and creating a welcoming environment for customers and team members. You'll craft coffee and matcha beverages, support training of new employees, and help drive operational profitability at the store level.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in customer service leadership
  • 18+ years of age
  • Able to lift 25+ lbs and stand for long periods
  • Full-time availability: 30-40 hours/week, 4-5 days including weekends
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

  • Craft coffee products and serve customers with energy and empathy
  • Support GM and Training Team to train new employees on recipes and processes
  • Open and close location safely, ensuring cleaning duties are followed
  • Handle minor customer issues positively and solution-focused
  • Lead initiatives with operations and marketing to increase foot traffic and sales
