You'll join the Starlink team to define the customer experience and drive product strategy for global broadband access. Your core impact will be improving user metrics like NPS and cancellation rates. This role offers the chance to work across engineering, product, and support teams at a company enabling human space exploration.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Drive core user metrics like NPS, contact ratio, and cancellation rate
- Triage and eliminate root causes of poor user experience across organizations
- Fix, delete, automate, or create processes for structural issues
- Serve as product manager for feature launches and automation projects
๐ Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline
- 2+ years of professional experience in venture capital, management consulting, or operations/product management at a technology company
- Must be available to work extended hours and weekends as needed
- ITAR compliance: U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee

- Willingness to dive deep into technical topics and data analytics
- Experience in data analysis using Python and SQL, R, or similar languages
- Knowledge of software development life-cycle and release process
