You'll join Remote's Mobility team to ensure employees transition smoothly across borders, providing immigration and relocation assistance. Your core impact will be guiding clients on compliance and managing visa/work permit applications. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide legal and strategic guidance on immigration compliance.
• Analyze, prepare, and submit visa/work permit applications.
• Monitor and control products and services for immigration compliance.
• Handle escalations and guide stakeholders to timely resolution.

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience in immigration compliance or global mobility.
• Comprehensive understanding of immigration procedures and compliance.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Must write and speak English fluently.

• Experience in the technology sector or rapid growth company.
• Experience working remotely and/or asynchronously.
• Additional languages are a plus.
