You'll own interview coordination and candidate communication as the foundational Talent team member at a fast-growing AI infrastructure company. Your core impact will be ensuring a thoughtful candidate experience across every stage of hiring. This role offers real trust and visibility, working closely with the Head of Talent to shape the hiring process as we scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Coordinate phone, video, and in-person interviews across multiple roles and time zones
• Maintain accuracy in ATS (Ashby), including job setup and candidate tracking
• Ensure interviewers are prepared with proper context and materials
• Spot process inefficiencies and proactively suggest improvements

📋 Requirements

• Operational discipline and strong attention to detail
• Resourcefulness - ability to figure things out independently
• Initiative - comfortable making progress without perfect direction
• Communication clarity and intentional follow-up

• Experience with Ashby ATS
• Background in recruiting coordination
