💼 About This Role

You'll partner with the Enterprise Technology organization to drive financial analysis and strategic planning. Your core impact will be managing month-end close, forecasting, and building trusted relationships. This role offers the chance to work at the forefront of cloud data platforms.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage month/quarter-end close process including accruals and variance analysis
• Prepare monthly financial review packages for business partners
• Perform monthly forecasting for headcount, expenses, CAPEX, and software spend
• Provide in-depth financial analysis to align on business and financial goals

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Business
• At least 2 years of experience in an FP&A role
• Advanced Excel skills for building reports and dashboards
• Solid understanding of GAAP accounting and finance

• Experience supporting CIO organizations
• Familiarity with Adaptive Insights or Workday Financials
