You'll join the fastest growing behavioral health practice group in the country, providing outpatient mental healthcare to a diverse patient population. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide outpatient therapy to individuals (adults, children, adolescents)
• Develop and implement treatment plans
• Maintain clinical documentation
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team

📋 Requirements

• LCSW license in Indiana
• Experience with adult and/or child/adolescent populations
• Willingness to work hybrid (telehealth + in-person)
• Must be fully licensed (no associates)

• Experience with evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT)
• Bilingual capabilities
