You'll lead design for our ESG reporting application, partnering with product and engineering from vision through execution. You'll drive deep discovery and ship experiences that enable the world's largest organizations to scale their own reporting. Build domain expertise in one of the most critical and motivating problem spaces — climate.

• Lead design for ESG reporting application

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience designing software
• B2B software or technical/complex domain experience
• Proven track record shipping intuitive product experiences
• Proficiency in design craft fundamentals

• Prior climate space experience (optional)
