Description

You will assess residents' health status, develop and revise care plans, administer medications and treatments, and communicate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care. This role is critical in maintaining residents' well-being and adapting care to their changing needs.

Requirements

• Education from accredited nursing school resulting in RN licensure
• Current RN license in state of work
• CPR/AED certification or willing to obtain within 6 months
• Critical thinking and excellent communication skills
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift heavy objects

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' health status on admission and ongoing
• Develop and revise care plans with interdisciplinary team
• Administer medications, treatments, and IV fluids safely
• Document assessments, care plans, and interventions accurately
• Monitor resident care and use QAPI process for problem resolution
