You'll lead complex advanced manufacturing projects for global technology leaders, including semiconductor fabrication facilities. You'll oversee all project phases from concept through construction, ensuring financial and schedule success. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate all project phases.
• Lead internal and external teams, managing budgets and workplans.
• Serve as primary client contact ensuring exceptional service.
• Coordinate consultants and review contract documents for quality.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience on Life Science or Science & Technology projects.
• Demonstrated lab planning experience.
• Experience overseeing the full life cycle of an S&T project.
• Knowledge of applicable building codes and code official interactions.

✨ Nice to Have

• Proficiency in Revit, Microsoft Project, and Deltek Vantagepoint.
• GMP and FDA regulatory understanding for cleanroom classifications.
• Prior Project Manager experience preferred.
