• Execute thorough Root Cause Analyses post-resolution

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in project or escalation management
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex workstreams under pressure
• Solid understanding of operational issues in Global Payroll, Compliance, Integrations, or Fintech
• Exceptional written and verbal skills to influence cross-functional peers

• Background in SaaS or global HR platforms
• Experience with Jira or Workbench
